BLP Superior Business hours: 11am - 10pm, Daily. After cleaning and closing duties, closing shifts typically end around 11-11:30pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Counter*: Customer service skills, Slinging & Ringing, Light Prep, Cleaning, Opening/Closing FOH, Managing a crowd, Toast POS, Answering phones.
Cook*: Tossing pizza dough (experience in this area will fast-track your application!), Dough-making, Prep & following recipes, Memorizing our menu for max efficiency and Topping pies, Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures, FIFO (rotate stock items), Restock line for subsequent shifts, Running pizza ovens, Timing cook times & staying on track with quotes, Keeping kitchen tidy & sanitary, Toast POS, Answering phones.
Delivery Driver*: Safe yet efficient driving skills, routing (familiarity with the area is a plus), Heating & bagging orders with precision, customer service, Toast POS, Answering phones. Must have valid driver’s license, personal car insurance, and clean MVR. No major driving violations within past 3 years (ex: reckless driving, leaving scene of an accident, alcohol or drug related violation, hit & run, eluding police officer, etc).
*we believe heavily in cross-training individuals, so if you are hired in one position, you absolutely have the opportunity to cross-over into another!
