Tax Exempt Business Pre-Approval Form
If you are a tax exempt business who needs a tax exempt pizza party, you've come to the right place! Please completely fill out the form below and we will reach out to you ASAP to get you onto our approved businesses list for quick & easy future tax exempt ordering! All Tax Exempt orders must be placed via phone and you must provide your State Tax Exempt ID and email address when placing your order.

DIscount/donation Request Form
Have a cause/event where a discount, pizza party donation, or gift card donation would be appreciated? Please fill out the form below with at least one weeks’ notice for large orders so we can plan ahead for staffing & food prep. We will do our best to respond and accommodate. If you do not hear from us, please certainly feel free to follow-up. We get a lot of requests and of course cannot accommodate everyone, but we try to make things fair and love to give back to the community (and a good cause) whenever we can!
